The author William L. Salter III  Cultural Broker.

With over 15 years of self taught , self motivated experience as a Cultural Broker  he has earned a Certificate of Achievement at the Nationalities Service Center in Philadelphia as a freelance community interpreter/translator. Currently working with clients throughout  the Tri-State area. He  also works as an ESL teacher. He recently published his first book titled “10 Reasons Why African Americans NEED to Learn A Second Language”

What’s most impressive is his ability to work with  people of different ages, cultures, socioeconomic backgrounds, and many different walks of life.  More importantly, he brings excitement, real life experience and sensitivity to the position topped a genuine passion for what he does.

He is active in the promotion of the profession and the defense of its code of ethics. He is also active in promoting   language skills and art of interpreting/translating to train the youth of inner-city  who do not have the resources to be a part of this profession or to know it even exists.

Some of his clients have included The Philadelphia Language Center , Producer Adem Junior (Brazil), World Hip Hop Market and Rutgers University School of Arts and Science.
